You must follow these instructions to setup your computer before you connect to ICANotes.

ICANotes and are still having a problem, you may be able to quickly

will be asked for your account username (we will never ask for your
password, though.) Please be prepared to describe the problem
you're having with as much detail as possible. If you receive
an
error message, what does it say? When do you receive the
error
