You must follow these instructions to setup your computer before you connect to ICANotes.If you have setup your computer to connect to ICANotes and are still having a problem, you may be able to quickly resolve it on your own by clicking on the appropriate category below. If you have a problem that does not fit any of these categories, then please email as at support@icanotes.com or call at (866)847-3590.
Before you contact us:
You will be asked for your account username (we will never ask
for your password, though.) Please be prepared to describe
the problem you're having with as much detail as possible. If
you receive an error message, what does it say? When do
you receive the error message? Etc.
