Guiding the Future of Behavioral Health Technology
Experienced clinicians, clinical leaders, and practice owners helping ICANotes build technology that reflects the realities of behavioral health practice.
The Role of the Clinical Advisory Board
The Clinical Advisory Board serves as a trusted resource for ICANotes as we evaluate existing functionality and plan future product development. Members share feedback on clinical documentation, workflows, usability, regulatory requirements, emerging models of care, and the challenges behavioral health professionals encounter in their daily work.
Board feedback is advisory and represents one of several important sources of insight used to inform ICANotes' product direction. By listening closely to clinicians with varied backgrounds and experiences, ICANotes can make more informed decisions and continue building solutions that support high-quality, efficient, and person-centered behavioral healthcare.
- Providing clinical insight on proposed features and product enhancements
- Evaluating whether workflows reflect real-world behavioral health practice
- Identifying opportunities to improve documentation quality, efficiency, and usability
- Advising ICANotes on the needs of different specialties, provider types, and care settings
- Sharing perspectives on emerging clinical practices, regulatory changes, and healthcare technology trends
- Helping ICANotes better support clinicians, organizational leaders, and the individuals they serve
Technology that supports care, not administrative burden
Behavioral health professionals need technology that supports clinical care rather than creating additional administrative burden. The Clinical Advisory Board strengthens the connection between the professionals using ICANotes and the teams responsible for developing and improving the platform.
