Josh currently lives in Maryland, but he was born and raised in Delaware, where he spent many years working for his family's automotive repair business. Josh graduated from Wilmington University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He joins ICANotes with seven years of customer service and technical support experience, most recently in a technical role with DrFirst. He enjoys customer service and is passionate about helping people and problem solving.

In his free time, Josh enjoys photography, classic rock n' roll music, playing the guitar, riding motorcycles, working on old cars, and spending time with his wife, their families and friends.
