Tyler is a Canadian who was born, raised and educated in Montréal, Québec where he became fluent in French, developed a lasting affinity for the arts and local sports teams while also traveling a fair bit within Europe and taking some memorable, extensive road trips throughout the United States.
 
Having met the woman of his dreams, he and his wife decided to start their life together in the Washington D.C. region. While there, Tyler worked in the Healthcare IT field with DrFirst for nearly two years, ultimately called upon to serve as a Team Lead for their customer support team. It is this penchant for outstanding customer service which Tyler looks to bring to ICANotes.
 
Having relocated to Seattle, WA, Tyler and his wife are seeking to really connect with the beauty of nature, spend greater time with no-longer-distanced family and friends while remaining optimistic that a major league baseball team will one day call Montréal home - the Mariners and visiting ball clubs will have to do… for now.
