 Double click this icon, then, when prompted for credentials, select "use another account."
Next, input your credentials. Enter "INTERNET\" before your ICANotes username (e.g., "INTERNET\bsmith" without the quotes). Be sure to use the backslash key located above the ENTER key on your keyboard.)
Note: If you're using a version of Windows earlier than Windows XP, then you probably need to install free Remote Desktop Connection software from Microsoft. Click the link below:
